Educational Qualifications : Candidates must have any Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant trade from any recognized University.

Age : Minimum 21 yrs & maximum 32 yrs as on 01-12-2011.

Pay Scale : 

1. Scale I : 14,500 - 25,700/-
2. Scale II : 19,400 - 28,100/-

Selections : selection process is based on performance in IBPS CWE Score card, Group Discussion and Personal interview.
